Awesome old stairs on Central, down from McMicken. Looks like they come from the original subway plan, early 20th century. I bet the tires been there for 15 years.

Motrpub was packed last night for Zachary Burns Band and The Sundresses. I got free beer for closing friend's tabs, is how crowded it was. "Final Friday's" in OTR are killing it. Too bad it's only once a month.



Stoops on City Transportation for closing off part of Court Street for nothing on a Friday, (poison gas?) There's a lot of places to eat, but parking is $2/hour. I think more money could be made from healthy businesses if parking cost were cut in half. I got lunch from a completely dark Chinese restaurant from and old guy wearing a Boy Scout baseball cap, which sorta resembles a Chinese flag. The place was extra cool cause there were 4 dudes chillin' out front and some quiet guys in a dark booth in the back corner. I forgot to check for utensils and ended up eating chicken and vegetables on the sidewalk with my hands as there were no benches. The food was fantastic.
